Attention, invasion of ghost damsels announced in cooking with this recipe of the magazine Manon! For Halloween, play wizards and have your child turn marshmallows into funny treats.
Ingredients:
For a dozen ghosts:
- 15 marshmallows
- 100 g icing sugar
- 12 large grapes
- 1 square of chocolate
Preparation:
Melt marshmallows in a bain-marie (in a small saucepan placed in another, larger, half-filled with water). As soon as they are soft, stop cooking and add 60 g icing sugar.
Mix with a wooden spoon. Then knead with your fingers (it sticks!), Sprinkling the rest of the icing sugar regularly.
When the dough has become soft, spread it with a roll. Cut circles (with an inverted glass), then form ghosts by covering the grapes. Draw your eyes with a brush dipped in melted chocolate.
Be careful not to keep the ghosts too long, because the grapes are damaged ...
Trick
You can also melt the marshmallows for 30 seconds in a microwave oven.
