A colorful and vitaminized dessert this meli-melon! As its name suggests, it contains melon, but also full of summer fruits!
For 2 desserts:
- 1 melon
- 50 g of red fruits (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries ...)
- a branch of mint
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
Cut the melon in half. Seed it with a big spoon.
With a Parisian apple spoon, cut the melon flesh into small balls.
Put the balls back in the hollow barks.
Add a tablespoon of red fruits. Sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar and decorate with a few mint leaves.
