This sweet little mousse is a dessert full of energy to discover from 8 months.
- For 1 dessert:
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 square of dark chocolate.
Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
Cook in a saucepan with 4 tbsp. tablespoons water and sugar, then mix.
Beat the egg white with snow. Mix it gently with the banana puree and place in a cool place.
When serving, sprinkle the mousse with chocolate chips made with the peeler.
