A recipe of mellow and tasty muffins of autumn that will appeal to your young gourmands. In addition, it's easy!
- 2 apples
- 75 g of chestnut flour
- 75 g of wheat flour
- 60 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 50 g brown sugar
- 15 cl of milk
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- ½ sachet of baking powder
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Peel the apples, seed them and grated them finely.
In a salad bowl, mix the two flours (wheat and chestnuts) with the brown sugar. Add the apples, vanilla sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt.
Melt the butter (in a saucepan or in the microwave) and mix it with the egg and milk. Add to the previous mixture and stir well.
Divide this dough into muffin pans and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
Let cool and unmold.
