Delicious little mousses with three chocolates are hidden in these shells! A delight to share with your little family.
- For 12 foams
- 12 eggs
- 130 g of dark chocolate
- 130 g of milk chocolate
- 130 g of white chocolate
- 90 g caster sugar
- 90 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Gently cut hats in 4 eggs with a knife or egg-cutter.
Reserve the whites and yolks in two bowls. Wash and gently dry the shells that will be used for the presentation.
Prepare the chocolate mousse (the preparation is the same for the 3 chocolate mousse): cut the chocolate into pieces. Melt with 30 g butter in a saucepan in a bain-marie or microwave. Pour the egg yolks into the chocolate while whisking. Add the sugar and salt. Beat the egg whites, then gently mix the two preparations.
Keep cold for at least 3 hours, then fill 4 eggshells with this foam with a piping bag.
Do the same with white chocolate and milk chocolate. Decorate the 12 eggs with white and black chocolate vermicelli. It's ready !
